The workroom will be closed from Dec 21st to January 9th, 2022. We will process any orders submitted during this time when we return.
I use PayPal for my checkout, which will pop up in a separate window. You do not have to have PayPal to use the checkout. There is a gray button that allows you to pay with a credit or debit card without logging in or creating an account. Once you check out, you will be returned to a confirmation page.
U.S. Shipping Policy
- Shipping will be determined at checkout based on your order. I send all packages first class mail USPS unless required to send Priority Mail due to size and weight.
- As a small workroom, it takes several business days for me to get your order together and in the mail. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipping.
- Once your package is shipped, an email is sent to the email address provided with tracking information (unless you have ordered patterns, which do not come with tracking information). Please check your spam for this email, and if you still can't find it, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to have it resent.
- It is the customer's responsibility to report a package missing. I am happy to look into the matter if brought to my attention.
International Shipping Policy
- Shipping is determined at checkout based on your order. However, due to software constraints, I check the actual cost against the charged cost. I reserve the right to notify and invoice persons purchasing from outside the U.S.A. additional shipping charges and will not send a package until the shipping fees are covered. I will also refund any overcharge for international shipping costs.
- I try to choose the most cost effective shipping available for each country. If you would like to upgrade your international shipping, please contact me immediately after purchasing at email@example.com.
