Pattern & materials list for the Flowers project (emailed to you after purchase in December).
Kits are available as a separate purchase.

The class, taught by Kelsey Smith, will cover the basics of wool appliqué, which includes using freezer paper patterns to cut out wool, starting & finishing the project, the blanket stitch (basic stitch, corners, outside edges), and embellishment stitches. Please note that we will not cover using fusibles of any kind, as Rebekah does not use this method in her designs. The class also includes tips specific to the design itself.

The class will cover making the single medallion square. If you plan to take both Part 1 & Part 2 (the flower design) you have the option to make them as single squares or as the foursquare project.

You can buy kits for the individual squares or the foursquare design here: www.rebekahlsmithshop.com/product/beginner-class-kit

FAQs:
Do I have to buy a kit?
You are not required to buy the kit for this project. The pattern is included with your purchase of the class.

If I miss class, can I join another class?
If you cancel with 48 hours notice, you can be moved to the alternate date if space is available. However, if you give less than that or do not show up, you will not be able to join another class. This class purchase is non-refundable.

Do I need to do anything before class?
We do ask that you cut out your freezer paper patterns prior to class. More instructions will be included in the pattern, which will be emailed out prior to class.

Can I make the foursquare piece if I only take one class?
The 2 designs will be sent out separately for each class. If you want to make the foursquare piece, you must take both classes so that you have both patterns. The alternate medallion pattern will be included in the medallion class materials.
