We are a very small company--just myself and my daughter! We try to respond to emails as quickly as we can, but it may take a few days. We do not answer emails Friday through Sunday to give ourselves a break. We appreciate your patience, and if for some reason you do not hear from us in a week, just send us a little kind nudge!
Do you sell your individual paper patterns?
I do not carry the individual patterns, however when I can I carry kits that have the option to include the pattern. I maintain a list of retailers who have purchased patterns from us here. I cannot guarantee they will have every single pattern, but many of them keep a good stock of my patterns.
You can also find my patterns at some local fabric shops not on my list who buy my patterns through a third party. If your local quilt or wool shop does not currently carry my patterns but would like to, have them fill out the form here.
Do you sell your hand-dyed wool?
I only sell my hand-dyed wool in my kits. You can read about where to find and purchase quality hand-dyed wool on my blog here.
I don’t have PayPal—can I pay another way?
You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to purchase items from my online store. PayPal will also process a credit card without you having to log in to an account.
I don’t want to pay with a card. Can I pay another way?
I only accept payments with credit/debit card or through PayPal for my online store at this time.
Can I buy a paper version of the downloadable patterns?
The digital patterns are downloads only at this time. If you don't have a printer, you can order prints from Office Depot and either pick them up or have them shipped to you. Learn more here.
I can't find my digital download.
Make sure to check your spam and other tabs (such as promotions in Gmail). The email sends right away, and the subject line says "Your order is ready." Click the link or paste it into your browser, and the download should begin. If you still cannot find it, please contact me.
What are the numbers for the colors of thread you use?
I use two strands of DMC #841, #869, and #3371 to stitch all my projects.
